Dragonsmeade Farallon

We are so happy to have another filly out of one of our favorite foundation broodmare Black Tie Debutante.  Athena is as exotic and talented as her World Champion full brothers, yet she is feminine and exotic like her full sister Dragonsmeade Tammany Hall.

Dragonsmeade Ginger Snap

We are thrilled with the first foal out of Dragonsmeade Tammany Hall! Emma’s registered name is perfect for her. She is smart, and she is spicey. Emma has a similar neck and silhouette to her sire, and she is also similar in look to her maternal grandsire Beethoven.

Dragonsmeade Grace

Grace is sporty harness filly who moves beautifully! Her pedigree is a perfect example of our last 30 or so years raising Morgan horses.

Dragonsmeade Hereafter

From the moment Michaela was on the ground she was exotic and refined.  She is coal black and inherited her sire’s curvy and long neck, while also inheriting her dam’s athleticism.  2014 was her first year showing and she had a great year after winning regional and two competitive world championship classes in two consecutive years in classic pleasure driving!

Dragonsmeade Ibarra

Ibarra’s dam, Simply Apropos, routinely had foals with a lot of quality so we are happy to have another daughter in our foundation brood mare herd. Ibarra was one of the best foals from the 2006 season. She is one of the most important mares in our breeding program.  Tequila has had three colts by Dragonsmeade Icon, another colt and two fillies by Dragonsmeade Axios.

Dragonsmeade Idlewild

We made the difficult decision to sell Idlewild in our 2011 CopperDragon Sale, but we were given the opportunity to buy her back recently so we jumped at the chance.  She has size and beautiful Morgan mare type.  We are thrilled that Idlewild has a beautiful filly by multi World Champion Dragonsmeade Icon for 2014, and a filly by World Champion Dragonsmeade Axios for 2015. Amelia is due to have a colt by multi World Champion Dragonsmeade Vendome in 2018.

Dragonsmeade Indochine

The first foal we have out of Aria, by Axios, is Merida! She has a beautiful shoulder and a long length of leg and neck.  Her motion is crisp and clean. She is one of our favorite fillies from the 2013 foal crop! Merida’s head is the perfect combination of her grand sires And The Beat Goes On and Beethoven. We also see a lot of her maternal grand dam Queen’s Estelle in her look too.

Dragonsmeade Jasmine

Blossom is a big, and stretchy mare that we are thrilled to have out of a few of our farm favorites, Dragonsmeade Axios and Dragonsmeade A Cappella.  Unfortunately, due to an injury to her foot she is not able to show. However, we are happy to be able to breed our pretty Blossom some day in the near future.

Dragonsmeade Kept Secret

Katniss is the first filly out of one of our best broodmares, Dragonsmeade Ibarra. Her full brother, Dragonsmeade Dark ‘N Stormy, could be one of the best colts from the 2014 foal crop so we are excited to have a full sister. 2018 was a wonderful debut show season for Katniss! She placed third behind the big boys in the World Champion Two Year Old Futurity Park Harness class!

Dragonsmeade Kirin

Kirin is an exotic big bay filly out of one of our newer mares MEM Bluelight.  We are happy with how well Blue crossed with our studs.  We now have a yearling colt and Kirin.  Kirin has smooth lines and correct confirmation.  Unfortunately, Kirin was injured in early training so she will be unable to have a show career. We will have her in our brood mare herd when she is old enough.
