Dragonsmeade Sugar ‘N Spice

This filly’s pedigree has most of the bloodstock upon which we’ve built our breeding program. More than any other horse we’ve bred she is most similar to HVK Dragon Fly. Her neck, shoulder, and personality are near identical to her maternal grand-dam, yet she has a fresh and contemporary look too.

Dragonsmeade Sweet Emotion

Shannon is the full sister to Dragonsmeade Sea Dragon, and she is as beautiful as he is handsome! Shannon showed in the 2012 Morgan Weanling Gala class where she placed 3rd in a very competitive class.  The show ring proved to be too stressful for her so we are happy to have her in our broodmare herd! Shannon is one of our best foundation broodmares.  Starting from her first colt, Invictus, to her 2023 filly, she proves herself every year.  We eagerly wait for Shannon’s 2024 filly by three time world champion Dragonsmeade Griffin.

Dragonsmeade Sweet Escape

Apple is a big and beautiful mare! We are eager to have her in our broodmare field.  She is now in foal with a 2024 filly by our handsome Dragonsmeade Invictus!

Dragonsmeade Take Note

Holly is every bit as beautiful as her full sister Dragonsmeade Cloissone!  However, she has her very own individual style and spice.  She has a correct shoulder and hip that we strive to have in our breeding program.  Her length of neck and length of leg are long and refined.  Holly is an exciting filly that we eagerly await to see in the show ring again in the near future.

Dragonsmeade Tammany Hall

This mare is a full sister to multi World Champions Dragonsmeade Carnegie Hall and Dragonsmeade Bravura.  She is refined and ultra feminine with her fine bone and smooth lines.  Chelsea was in training for a while, but we felt we needed to invest in her bloodlines so we have her in the broodmare herd.  She has had two beautiful and stretchy chestnut fillies for our farm.

Dragonsmeade Top Note

Top Note is the second filly out of this cross by our grand stallion multi-world champion And The Beat Goes On and our dynamic multi-world champion mare Dragonsmeade Balenciaga.  And The Beat Goes On daughters have proven to be top brood mares, and Dragonsmeade Balenciaga has given us four gorgeous daughters.  When looking at their pedigees and the individuals themselve, Top Note and her older full sister were ultimately bred for the breeding shed.  Both sisters have that top notch Morgan mare quality.  Our plan for the 2022 breeding season is to cross Top Note with Dragonsmeade Spectre.

Dragonsmeade Twilight Hour

We are blessed to have had another filly out of one of our best producing foundation mare Cedar Creek Pirouette in 2006.  She is coal black with a beautiful Morgan head very similar to her sire And The Beat Goes On.  We tried to send her to training, but she was too hot to handle the pressure of the show ring.  Twyla has a black filly by Dragonsmeade Icon on February 9, 2016.

Dragonsmeade Utopia

Utopia is oldest of two fillies we have out of multi world champion mare, HVK Obsidian, and by multi world champion And The Beat Goes On.

Dragonsmeade Valerian

Brianna is very similar to her half sister Dragonsmeade Acacia. She is very upheaded and game. Like all Valkyrie’s foals she never puts an ear down as she trots through the field. She is proved herself with her first foal, Dragonsmeade Battalion, by Icon for the 2018. We are expecting a colt by Dragonsmeade Invictus for the 2024 breeding season.

Dragonsmeade Valkyrie

Valkyrie is a talented and beautiful mare. Her foals have quality and a lot of go. Val’s first foal is the 2006 World Champion Futurity Two Year Old Park Harness horse Dragonsmeade MaxMara. She is among our most important brood mares in our field. Val has produced three colts by Mizrahi and And The Beat Goes On. She had fillies by And The Beat Goes On by her side for 2007 and 2008. Valkyrie has a stretchy chestnut filly by Dragonsmeade Axios for 2010. She had a black colt in 2011 by Icon, and she had a chestnut full sister in 2012. Val had a black colt by Icon in 2017. She is due to have another colt by Icon in 2018!
