The first foal we have out of Aria, by Axios, is Merida! She has a beautiful shoulder and a long length of leg and neck. Her motion is crisp and clean. She is one of our favorite fillies from the 2013 foal crop! Merida’s head is the perfect combination of her grand sires And The Beat Goes On and Beethoven. We also see a lot of her maternal grand dam Queen’s Estelle in her look too.
Katniss is the first filly out of one of our best broodmares, Dragonsmeade Ibarra. Her full brother, Dragonsmeade Dark ‘N Stormy, could be one of the best colts from the 2014 foal crop so we are excited to have a full sister. Katniss has a beautiful length of neck and leg. We are anxious to see her grow up!
Kestrel’s dam, Dragonsmeade’s High Drama, is out of one our favorite mares, Cedar Creek Soliloquy. We are thrilled to have a daughter out of Soliloquy. High Drama’s first foal is the very talented park horse Dragonsmeade Onyx. Next we decided to cross High Drama to World Champion Park Harness Amateur stallion Dragonsmeade Axios. Kestrel is her second foal and he is exceptional! We are eager to see him mature.
We are very excited about Milo! With the exception of being much bigger, he is almost identical to his sire Dragonsmeade Fusion. He is being worked for the English pleasure division. We may show him in-hand for the 2015 show season.
Quinn is the first foal out of Dragonsmeade Ibarra and we couldn’t be more happy with this cross! He is refined yet masculine, and his confirmation is correct. Quinn’s pedigree has most of the individuals upon which our breeding program was built. We are thrilled to have Quinn in training and we are eager to watch him mature. Video taken February of 2015. Quinn’s first show season was a great success! 2016 show season had a large and highly competitive three year old pleasure driving division. We are thrilled with his reserve world championship! We are eager to see him under saddle.
Maybelle is a lovely mare! She is very reminiscent of her maternal grand-dam, Dancity Gracious Remark, Beethoven, and her sire And The Beat Goes On. Her chiseled head and big eye are near perfect examples for the Morgan mare. She is ideal for Ladies Western Pleasure division. Ling and Maybelle won reserve world champion on the first show season together!
Maddox is a very typical type of the Beethoven offspring. He has refined bone with correct confirmation. He has a gorgeous chiseled Morgan head that is very similar to his dam. We are excited to see this young gelding show. ****SOLD****
Since Marty was a newborn foal he always had his neck and ears straight up! He has a nice smooth body and he has inherited his sire and dam’s qualities, and he is perfect for the pleasure divisions.
Aiden is almost a mirror image of his multi World Champion sire, And The Beat Goes On, however, he also has the essences of Trophy’s Jade and HVK Bell Flaire mixed in his look. His motion is crisp and clean. His dam, Dragonsmeade’s High Drama, is a hot-to-trot filly out of one of our beloved world champion Cedar Creek Soliloquy. Aiden is now showing in youth and junior exhibitor park saddle with his new owners. We wish them lots of luck!
We are thrilled to have a lease of Overtime LLC’s gorgeous mare KJM First Lady to cross with our stallions. Lady had Tony in 2014. Typical of the offspring Icon has sired so far, Tony has stretchy neck and long length of leg. His small and dishy head is very reminiscent of his maternal grandsire Futurity French Command.
