Dragonsmeade Varvatos

Justin made a dynamic debut his four year old year and ended the show season year winning both the Grand National and World Championship Four Year Old Park Saddle classes in 2011.  We were thrilled when the Sibler family bought him and owned him during his phenomenal first year as a show horse.  Shelly won the reserve title in the Park Saddle Masters class in 2012.  He is an amazing horse that has many more years of success in the future.

Dragonsmeade Vendome

Max is a phenomenal stallion out of our beloved Dancity Gracious Remark and by our incredible Axios!  The cross is one we thought about for a while before we bred these two special horses.  He has the best qualities of both Spot and Forrest.  Max had a phenomenal world champion debut show season in 2014. He was “The Horse” everyone talked about at the Grand Nationals! Vendome is undefeated in all of his age group world championships since he was a two year old!  We congratulate John and Nancy Hendricks on their purchase of Max!  We wish you many happy and successful drives!  We can’t wait to cheer you on Nancy!

Dragonsmeade Vesper

Vesper, “Angus”, is a sport!  He has his sire’s length of neck and curve to his pole and his dam’s petite Morgan head.  One can see that he is the perfect combination of our farm’s breeding program with Lynn Peeples extraordinary breeding program.  We are so happy with this cross!

Dragonsmeade Vesper Lynd

We jumped at the chance to buy world champion Diana Victoria before she foaled a filly by Dragonsmeade Spectre!  Vesper Lynd is everything we hoped for!  She is refined and beautiful.  We are eager to see her mature!

Dragonsmeade Vitali

Vitali was born two weeks early, but we knew right away she would be fine because she is really strong and spicy!  It is not surprising that she looks very much like Mizrahi!

Dragonsmeade Well Played

Reilly is an amazing horse!  He’s always had a lot of personality and presence.  When he was a foal out in the field he was the first to trot up to you at the fence and the first one to the feeder.  He is smart, and he is a very talented show horse who has won many world and regional titles for a number of owners.  We wish new owner Sarah Hecht all the best with Reilly!

Dragonsmeade Well Suited

McGee is the full brother to the pretty colt Dragonsmeade Skyfall!  They share the same correct shoulder, length of neck, and turn to their pole.  We are very interested to see the Spectre foals out of our Axios daughters!  The crosses are exotic and unique as his sire, our beloved Dragonsmeade Icon.  Spectre has quickly become one of our top breeding stallions.

Dragonsmeade Wild Honey

Pearl is a lovely and refined chestnut filly! She has the beauty and contemporary round Morgan qualities her multi-World Champion sire and maternal grand sire seem to give their offspring, and she has the torque her grand dam gives to all of her descendants. Pearl is a perfect package!

Dragonsmeade Winning Colors

Winning Colors is a big and beautiful mare.  Her pedigree boasts all the best hallmarks that have come to define a Dragonsmeade bred horse, as well as the keen insight of breeder Mike Carpenter’s thoughtfulness and knowledge towards our breed.  She has given us a filly and a colt by mulit world champion Dragonsmeade Icon.  Her foals have all the best from their pedigrees.  We have a 2020 filly by mulity world champion Dragonsmeade Spectre who we can’t wait to see in the show ring!  Winning Colors will be sold with a breeding to Spectre for the 2022 breeding season.
