We have been so blessed to have fillies out of our grand foundation mare Dragonsmeade By Design.  We are so pleased with her 2022 filly Starlight!  Starlight is the first black filly out of By Design.  Her two bay full sisters and brother are similar in type and confirmation.  Starlight is more similar to her black full brother, world champion Dragonsmeade Kindred.  Starlight will be a star in the breeding shed.  Axios daughters replicate their sire’s neck, shoulder, and that special turn at the poll that he is famous for.

Nora’s pedigree is rich in classic Morgan bloodlines.  Her dam, Queen’s Triple Crown, is the full sister to multi-world champion Queen’s Vanity Fair.  Nora is by our many world champion stallion And The Beat Goes On.  Her first foal, by multi-world champion Dragonsmeade Icon, is a beautiful chestnut filly born in 2012.

Succession is a refined and dynamic colt!  Since 2024 was the first year for Invictus’ foal crop we were eager to see how he stamped his get.  Similar to his bay half brother, Dragonsmeade Valdisere, is stamped with quality and stretch.  We are eager to see how these boys grow up!

This filly’s pedigree has most of the bloodstock upon which we’ve built our breeding program. More than any other horse we’ve bred she is most similar to HVK Dragon Fly. Her neck, shoulder, and personality are near identical to her maternal grand-dam, yet she has a fresh and contemporary look too.

Annie is just the type of filly we expected from this cross!  She has all the Morgan curves from And The Beat Goes On get and classic stretch from Obsidian.  We also love that she has the spunk and motion from our longtime family friend’s revered farm bred mare Queen’s River Private Party.  We are so happy Jennifer Hendricks McCrory bought Annie!

Shannon produced five exceptional foals for our farm.  We are grateful for her and for them.

Apple is a big and beautiful mare! We are eager to have her in our broodmare field.  She is now in foal with a 2024 filly by our handsome Dragonsmeade Invictus!

Rocky is almost identical to his full brothers Dragonsmeade Anthracite and Dragonsmeade Alchemy. However, he has his own spark, and talent. We are so proud of his two 2020 show season classes!  He won at Jubilee in his debut class, and he was crowned 2020 World Champion Futurity Park Harness 2 Year Old at Grand Nationals!

Synergy is one of the most exotic foals we’ve bred! He has a chiseled head and refined Morgan type. Chris has made his stamp winning world championships and reserve world championships in hand, in harness, and under saddle.  We are thrilled with him!  We will breed a few of our mares to him in the future.  Until then, we wish Ellie the best of luck with Chris!
